All things mental health chat and chew to learn, share and grow. Let’s have a cuppa along with a few scones to foster resilience and engaging open dialogue – about stress, depression, anxiety, imposter syndrome and limiting beliefs which is translated into us playing small, being burnt out, lack of work life balance, confidence and self-love in our personal and professional life.
Let’s spark the conversation, listen, unwind, unpack, share stories and experiences in prioritising and strengthening our mental wellbeing as we navigate the repercussion of living through our internal battles.
Whilst I am not a therapist or a medical doctor I cannot diagnose as a specialist would, in my capacity of a life and mental health coach I have supported my client through the most-darkest and challenging times of their lives to regain self-confidence, self-love and achieve optimum work life balance by eradicating overwhelm and the funk they have been experiencing.
What I can promise is a listening ear, being a sounding board and building a supportive collective of sisters. Mental health can be triggered by anything and it can affect the best of us.
