About Clark Wilkes, Partner, Presidio Legal, P.C.

Clark specializes in the representation of start-ups and emerging growth companies throughout all stages of their life cycles, including corporate formation, structuring and governance matters, commercial transactions, venture capital financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Clark also has extensive experience representing venture capital investors in transactions of all sizes.

Prior to Presidio Legal, Clark managed the Dell Technologies Capital venture portfolio and counseled the Dell Technology Capital team on all venture capital related matters, including investments, exits, and corporate governance. Prior to his time at Dell Technologies Capital, Clark worked in the Baker Botts corporate group in its Palo Alto office where he represented start-up companies and worked on mergers and acquisitions.

About Radhika Malik, Partner at Dell Technologies Capital

Radhika Malik is a Partner at Dell Technologies Capital, with investments across the enterprise stack focusing on AI/ML, cloud infrastructure and deep tech. She currently works with several companies including TheLoops, Secuvy, SiLC, and Zingly. Prior to venture, Radhika worked as a software engineer and product manager at start-ups (Panorama Ed, MindeMeld) and large corporations (Microsoft, Amazon). Transitioning to investing, Radhika was an investor doing deep tech investing with Samsung Catalyst Fund. Radhika has been involved with multiple groups that aim to boost the number of women in technical and investing roles, including active membership in All Raise and Women in VC. She holds a B.S. and M.Eng. from MIT in Computer Science and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
