SORGWE ERNEST

Sorgwe Ernest is the principal consultant of FastTrack Consulting, a management consulting firm that specializes in strategy formation, implementation and performance evaluation.

He is a well rounded professional with ten (10) years experience in consulting for some of Nigeria’s foremost organizations across several industries, in areas relating to Business Strategy Formation, Strategy Implementation, Business Process Optimization, Performance Management and Corporate Governance.

Sorgwe Ernest is termed by many organizations as a turn-around expert and corporate activator that has added incredible value to not only the effectiveness and corporate productivity of his clients, but also to their organization’s bottom line.

He has designed, managed and facilitated several workforce activation trainings, customer service programmes, leadership and management retreats for a host of organizations across Africa.

A multiple award winner and recipient of the coveted American Young Leadership Award for African leaders, in Ghana 2014, Bayelsa State Entrepreneur of the year 2017, African Leadership Awards Lagos, 2018, Niger Delta University Award of Recognition for Impactful Service to Humanity 2019.

He is also the chief facilitator of ‘Success At Your Reach’ and ‘Mind Clinic’, which are motivational series hosted on Radio and Television respectively.
