Janine Wegner is an international marketing leader responsible for Dell Technologies’ global thought leadership strategy to position the company as technology visionary and innovator. Over the past decade, she has set the vision, strategy, and operational direction for many impactful marketing programs across local, regional and global teams. Her experience ranges from digital, social, brand and thought leadership marketing and communications. She also led the strategy for Dell’s entrepreneurship programs and acted as Chief of Staff for the Entrepreneur-in-Residence Office. Prior to Dell, she worked in marketing roles at eBay, Philips International, and start-ups. Janine is an industry speaker and guest lecturer on topics such as social media, influencer relations, multi-channel marketing and thought leadership. In 2020 and 2023, TopRank Marketing named her one of the Top 20 Influencer Marketing Experts to Follow. Janine holds two Bachelor and three Master degrees from universities across 4 countries. She’s originally from Germany and currently resides in Austin, Texas, USA.
About Alyson
Alyson Freeman leads the creation and communication of our Sustainability & ESG product and offerings roadmap, leveraging Sustainability & ESG insights to influence innovation in products, offerings, business models, actions and beyond, working directly with customers and partners on Sustainability & ESG opportunities and challenges. She has 20 years’ experience in engineering and management roles at Los Alamos National Laboratory, Samsung, Intel, and Dell Technologies. Her Ph.D. is in electronic materials with a focus on semiconductors. Freeman is also global lead for the Women in Action employee resource group at Dell Technologies, a co-founder and former chair of Women in Technology at Samsung Austin Semiconductor, a board member of Westwood STEM Academy, and co-founded a global Coding for Kids program at Dell Technologies. She is the recipient of the 2023 Texas Stand Up for STEM Mentoring Award and named a Change Maker in Sustainability and ESG by Austin Woman Magazine.

Tonya Hicks, an accomplished leader, and trailblazer in construction, energy, and promoting women’s empowerment. As the President and CEO of Power Solutions, Inc. (PSI), and the Managing Principal of Women Do Everything, LLC, Tonya has made significant contributions in several male-dominated industries. With a passion for excellence, Tonya’s journey began as she broke barriers, becoming the first woman to become a Journeyman Inside Wireman Electrician in the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), Local 917 and the first Black Woman to become an IBEW Journeyman Electrician in the State of Mississippi. Today PSI specializes in renewable energy, electrification, and EV charging solutions. Recognizing the importance of promoting DEI initiatives, Tonya has launched training programs and events under Women Do Everything to support women in male dominating industries through employment and entrepreneurship. Tonya Hicks is an inspirational force driving change, breaking barriers, and empowering women in industries traditionally dominated by men.
