デル・テクノロジーズ株式会社とEY Japan株式会社の共同プロジェクトSI Pitch（以下、 SI Pitch） につきまして、 以下の応募規約 （以下、 本規約） に同意いただいた上でご応募くださいますようお願い申し上げます。  
１． SI Pitchの概要 
SI Pitchは、女性起業家のビジネス成長を先駆者である経営者、ビジネスアドバイザー、専門家によるメンタリングとオンラインピッチイベントにてサポートする女性起業家成長プロジェクトです。応募を通過された女性起業家は無料で全プログラムに参加できます。また本プロジェクトは起業準備中の起業家対象（学生も可）の募集Stageがありますが、事業計画プランをお持ちの方のご応募を優先致します。応募者には今後Dell Technologies, DWEN, EY Japanより女性起業家イベント情報、製品やサービスの情報をお送りする場合がございます。 

２．応募資格 
＊DWEN.comのメンバーである女性起業家、経営者、起業を目指す女性 
（共同起業家、経営者可） 
応募不可：デル・テクノロジーズ株式会社及びEY Japan株式会社の社員、その家族、関係者。政府行政機関職員。 

DWEN.comは女性の経営者、起業家、起業を目指す女性、投資家、起業家サポーターの皆様に無料で登録頂けるDell Technologies の女性起業家支援ウェブサイトです。応募サイトはDWEN.com内から応募となります。 

＊応募時点で日本在住であること 

３．応募期間：2021年8月1日～15日 
　　DWEN内の下記サイトより応募ください。

４．応募ステージ 
　　ステージA：年商1億円以上 
　　ステージB：年商3千万―1億未満 
　　ステージC：起業前～年商3千万未満（学生応募可） 
5．応募通過、参加者発表 
応募締め切り後、両社による選考の上、各ステージ5名の参加者を決定し、 
8月末から9月上旬にDWENより応募通過可否をメールにて通知いたします。 

６．スケジュール 

各ステージ最優秀者を決定、副賞としてDell XPSノートパソコンを授与。 

７．注意事項  
＊本プロジェクトの内容が変更される場合は事前に参加者へ連絡をいたします。 
＊本応募にかかるインターネット接続料および通信費は応募者のご負担となります。 
＊本応募、プロジェクト参加者のデータ取り扱いに関しては両社個人情報の取り扱いに準じます。 
＊本プロジェクトの応募状況および選考結果に関するお問い合わせにはお答えできません。予めご了承ください。 
＊本プロジェクトの趣旨に沿わない応募と両社が判断した場合は、選考対象から除外させていただく場合がございます。 

８．免責事項  
＊参加者間または第三者の間におけるトラブル等が生じた場合。

Application Terms and Conditions  

Please read and agree to the following terms and conditions before applying for the SI Pitch, a joint project between Dell Technologies, Inc. and EY Japan.  

1. Outline of SI Pitch

SI Pitch is a project for female entrepreneurs that supports their business growth through online pitch events and mentoring by pioneering business owners, business advisors, and experts. Qualified applicants will be able to participate in all programs free of charge. The project is open to entrepreneurs who are preparing to start a business (students are also welcome), but preference will be given to applicants with a business plan. Dell Technologies, DWEN, and EY Japan may send information on events for women entrepreneurs and information on products and services to applicants. 

2. Eligibility

*Female entrepreneurs, business owners, and aspiring entrepreneurs who are members of DWEN.com (Co-Entrepreneurs and business owners are also acceptable) 

Employees of Dell Technologies, Inc /K.K. and EY Japan, their families, and related parties. Employees of government agencies are not eligible. 

>DWEN.com is Dell Technologies’ women’s entrepreneurship website that is free for women business owners, entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs, investors and supporters to register. Applications can be submitted through the DWEN.com website. 

*Applicants must reside in Japan at the time of application. 

3. Application period: August 1 – 15, 2021

4. Application stages

　　Stage A: Annual revenue of 100 million yen or over 

　　Stage B: Annual revenue of 30 million to less than 100 million 

　　Stage C: Startup to less than 30 million in annual revenue (students may apply) 

5. Announcement of successful applications and participants

After the application deadline, we will select five participants for each stage and announce the qualified applicants by early September. 

6. Schedule

The best presenter in each stage level will be selected and awarded a Dell XPS laptop as a supplementary prize. 

7. Notes 

*If there are any changes to the project, participants will be notified in advance.

*The handling of data of applicants and project participants will be in accordance with the handling of personal information of both companies.
