Yes, even when it’s uncomfortable and you resist.

Lori is a Certified Receiving Method™ Facilitator, BodyMind Coaching Method™ Certified Coach, and Licensed Massage Therapist with a degree in psychology & special education.  She has spent her life helping people build meaningful, fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
