Her book, “The Ultimate Workspace Toolkit,” compiles her workspace hacks and exercises to alleviate work-related aches and pains, offering sustainable productivity solutions. She has taught Pilates and danced professionally on 3 continents and owned her own Pilates studio in two countries. During her 3 years as a Pilates Studio owner in Okinawa, Japan she experienced firsthand what makes Okinawans some of the healthiest, longest-living people on the planet, and how this culture cares for and emphasizes the physical health of its people.
