o Spain’s Ministry of Finance announced new support measures including liquidity assistance and an Extraordinary Social Fund.

o Guarantee schemes with a total budget of 20B€ for companies and self-employed affected by the coronavirus outbreak, including:

The schemes cover guarantees on operating loans with a limited maturity and size.
They also limit the risk taken by the State to a maximum of 80% for self-employed workers and SMEs, and of 70% for larger enterprises.

Lettonie: 250M€ subsidized loan scheme and loan guarantee scheme for companies affected by coronavirus outbreak.
Luxembourg: 300M€ scheme to support companies affected by the coronavirus outbreak.
le Portugal: 4 guarantee schemes for SMEs and midcaps, with a total budget of 3B€.
