Janise is a speaker, best-selling author, and founder of two companies focusing on business success and succession; Leaving In Style, and Entrepreneur’s Insurance Services. She is driven to help business owners and entrepreneurs plan for and protect the future of their families, businesses, and employees. 

Janise has served as President of the National Association of Women Business Owners Inland Empire(NAWBO-IE), President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), Inland Empire Chapter, President of Business Resource Connection, member of the President’s Assembly Steering Committee (PASC) with NAWBO, and has been recognized as a finalist for the Spirit of the Entrepreneur Awards.

Janise has earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California Baptist University, a Fashion Merchandising Business Degree from Brooks College, and a Certification in Executive Women in Leadership from Cornell University. She is a Leadership in Life Institute (LILI) graduate, a Life and Annuity Certified Professional (LACP), and holds a Life & Health License in several states.

She truly enjoys counseling new and expanding entrepreneurs at the Inland Empire Women’s Business Center and speaking at industry associations, meetings, and conferences.
