About Michelle and Shane

Michelle Gonzalez leads Microsoft’s worldwide Venture Capital Fund, including Strategy and Research, Portfolio Development, Market Development, Business Management, and Marketing. Prior to joining Microsoft, Michelle worked at Google, IBM, Comcast Ventures, and Apple in various product and investment roles building new innovative products and businesses. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in economics from the University of Oklahoma, and a juris doctor’s degree (JD) in law from Yale Law School.

Shanea Leven is the co-founder and CEO of CodeSee, a developer tool that helps developers and teams better onboard, refactor, and understand codebases. Prior to CodeSee, Shanea led teams that delivered high-quality products and features for leading companies including Google, Docker, eBay and Cloudflare.
