Heather is the CEO of The Muse and Fairygodboss, to which she brings 18 years of leadership and sales experience and a proven track record of rallying teams, optimizing products, and bolstering revenues and profits. Before joining The Muse, she served for four years as chief revenue officer for Zift Solutions. Prior to that, Heather served as VP of SMB Sales and Indirect Channels at Office Depot, and Vice President of Channels at ShoreTel. Before ShoreTel acquired M5 Networks in 2012, she spent five years at the SaaS start-up in several roles, leading sales and marketing efforts.
